e1085 1sThe ESMA E1085 is designed to bring precision electropolishing technology to dental and orthodontic lab operations requiring high-luster polishing of dental parts such as stainless steel partials, retainers, appliances, and brackets. The 1085 is a single-station electropolisher with a 1/2-gallon tank capacity; yet the 1085 provides all of the operational features of larger capacity ESMA electropolishers. The ESMA E1085 has a maximum polishing output of 24 volts DC at 10 amps.

Convenient features like push -button operation and a built-in digital timer make the unit easy to control. The temperature can also be adjusted for greater precision. The E299 has a total maximum polishing output of 24 volts DC at 25 amps.
