The Esma E782CP-SA, Semi Automated Passiavtion Line is a unique combination of our standard mulit-tank, manuel passivation system, with PLC/HMI control to automatically instruct operators when and when to move parts through the system. This semi-automated unit allows for recipe creation of various ASTM 967 passivation processes which can then be run with little to no operator training. The system is designed to promt and aler operators when and where to move baskets during a cycle, minimizing oversight and training of personnel. The E782CP-SA can be customized to fit your part size and volume. Since the system utilizes PLC and HMI touchscreen technology, data logging is standard with the system to record all the pertinent cycle information for validation purposes.
