Esma's automatic ultrasonic passivation systems provide a unique closed and covered process of cleaning-rinsing-passivating-rinsing and drying all at the push of a button. Easily descrived as a one-of-a-kind process, these systems are designed for in-house automated processing of parts in a a safer more fume free environment. These systems do not require much floor space as compared to other automated systems and provide great cost savings when compared to automated robotic passivation systems.
