A lot of times industrial and consumer products differ in numerous ways, or the only difference might simply be the scale that the product is produced. This can be illustrated through ultrasonic cleaner manufacturers. Their products still keep the same components regardless of whether the customer is a consumer or industrial. Each product has an ultrasonic transducer, a power supply and the basin or enclosure that holds the product to be cleaned. The only difference found between the two is the scale at which the machine is made. Industrial ultrasonic cleaners are typically built to clean large quantities of objects at one time while the consumer version of ultrasonic cleaners are typically design for single item cleaning.
There are a few other differences between industrial and consumer ultrasonic cleaners. Examples of these are secondary equipment and accoutrements. Typically, industrial ultrasonic cleaners are used in the manufacturing process because of this the cleaners are often assembled differently in order to increase their efficiency. Some additional equipment that might be used includes conveyor belts, baskets, racks, and other tools that automate the cleaning process so that the cleaning can be near-continuous. Virtually all consumer cleaners are not outfitted with these tools as the majority of them are operated by hand.
So while the basic needs remain the same, ultrasonic manufacturers listen to the needs of their customers whether they be consumer based or in the industrial industries. You can be sure that ultrasonic cleaners provide the best clean possible.
